Some of What You'll Do:

The Manager of Quality Improvement is a mental health or chemical dependency professional who is responsible for the oversight of all continuous quality improvement functions of Columbia Wellness.  The Manager helps define and is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the clinical continuous quality improvement process. The Manager of Quality Improvement assures compliance to protocol and procedures. The Manager is responsible for updating clinical policies and procedures. The Manager reviews guidelines for the delivery of services and the efficacy of the services. The Manager is responsible for clinical compliance to all applicable Washington Administrative Code (WAC), Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and federal laws. 

What We Require:

  • Must possess a master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited program
  • Must have a minimum of three years' experience in the behavioral health field
  • Must be must possess strong supervisory and leadership skills in addition to a substantial knowledge base and skills relating to the clinical and legal issues of behavioral health treatment. 
  • Must be an effective communicator who encourages professional growth and promotes change on behalf of program goals. 
  • Must be able to assist in conflict resolution and supervise staff effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, social worker, or chemical dependency professional
  • Supervisory and leadership experience

Salary: DOE
