Some of What You'll Do:

The Admin Professional is responsible for answering, and prioritizing phone calls, scheduling appointments, receiving/sending faxes, general office duties as necessary, and other duties as assigned by the Administration Manager. This position will be primarily on the phone assisting clients. 

What We Require:

  •  HS Diploma or equivalent is required
  • One year experience in a reception/clerical position. Education may be substituted for experience
  • Extensive knowledge of computers and office equipment a must.
  • Data entry, phone etiquette and filing ability required
  • Ability to respond to and tolerate difficult people and crisis situations.
  • Strong communication, writing, computer and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Proficiency, professionalism, and good judgment skills.

Salary: $11.79 per hour

This position is a part of a union (OPEIU Local 11)
